Muskelzuwächse sprechen für sich momentan. Komischerweise sind bei 2xBW Kreuzheben inklusive Chinups mit ordentlich Zusatzgewicht im letzten Aufbau nicht die Arme gekommen und seitdem ich einen hochvolumigen Plan habe, mit einer höheren Frequenz trainiere und einer sehr krasse Intensität dabei habe, sehe ich schon sehr gute Ergebnisse für 4 Wochen! Das ganze im klassischem UD2.0 Stil, also <50g fat und Fokus auf starches. Trainiere so wie es aussieht auch noch diesen Samstag+Sonntag, da ich nächste Woche beruflich wohl sehr eingespannt sein werde. Der Refeed wird denke ich aber die nötige Kraft geben! Nase läuft manchmal und werde falls es sich die Tage verschlimmern sollte, definitiv wieder für mehrere Wochen aufbauen.
